MARK REALTY AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION Company Profile The company’s initial foray into residential development was GRAND RIVERSIDE SUBDIVISION, a 20.0 hectare low-cost housing project located at Pasong Camachile, Gen. Trias, Cavite with a total of 3,137 units. Just recently completed was GRAND RIVERSIDE VILLA, another economic and socialized housing project with 546 residential units ideally set within the poblacion and market area of Sta. Rosa, Laguna. At present, we are developing GRAND KRAUSE VILLE I and II, both projects are situated at Trece Martirez, Cavite and contains a total of 561 residential units. Emphasis for recreation and leisure is evident for the project with the allocation of a mini-forest and picnic park. A.J. Mark also embarked into a pocket development of townhouses in Metro Manila with the introduction of GRAND BLUERIDGE TOWNHOMES. Said project is located at Sauyo Rd., Novaliches, Quezon City and contains 29 townhouses. At present, it has extended its development with GRAND BLUERIDGE TOWNHOMES (Annex) on an adjacent property containing 1,991.00 sq. m. The Annex will contain a limited number of twelve (12) commercial and residential townhouses. The company is also developing two other projects in Binangonan, Rizal, namely: GRAND VIEW HOMES I and GRAND VIEW HOMES II. GRAND VIEW HOMES I will entail the construction of Eighty-Nine (89) Single Attached Units with lot sizes ranging from 75 to 106 sq.m. with a floor area of 30 sq.m. GRAND VIEW HOMES 2 will cater to a more affordable market and will involve the construction of One Hundred Fifty Four (154 ) Rowhouses with lot sizes ranging from 36 to 70 sq.m. with a floor area of 22 sq.m.. Both projects are intended to meet the growing need for housing requirements of the ever-increasing market of professionals and upcoming employees who are in their supervisory to middle management levels within the eastern section of Metro Manila. Other targeted buyers are children of residents in the immediate vicinity who are looking for their own place to stay. |
Our most recent project nearing completion is GRAND ACACIA GROVE SUBDIVISION, located along the National Highway of Brgy. Banay-banay (formerly Brgy. Pulo), Cabuyao, Laguna. This development is situated in a 6.7 hectare property and will contain Nine Hundred Forty Six (946) residential units. Recently launched and presently undergoing land development is GRAND VICTOR HEIGHTS, situated at Daang Hari Rd., Molino, Bacoor, Cavite. It is a mere 12 minute drive from Ayala Alabang Village via Daang Hari Rd., the new highway that connects the province of Cavite to Alabang and Laguna. This 5.0 hectare project will contain a limited number of 228 premium residential lots. On the drawing board is another economic housing project, named: GRAND RIVERSTONE VILLAGE, which is along the National Highway, Brgy. Dita, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna. This project is situated in a 68,888 sq.m. property and will contain an estimate of Nine Hundred Twenty Two (922) residential units with Sixty Three (63) Residential/Commercial Lots. Another development introduced in the market is GRAND CYPRESS HOMES. This project is situated in a 10 hectare property of which 75,697 sq.m. has been earmarked for development. It is located at the provincial road of Bo. Tungkong Manga, San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan.The project will entail the construction of One Thousand and Two (1,002) Residential units with Forty Six (46) Residential/Commercial units.
